About Course
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is a 2 year undergraduate teacher training program that enables an individual to pursue a career in teaching and other related fields. One can complete this degree within a maximum time span of 5 years. B.Ed. Eligibility
Candidates need to have completed their graduation in any stream i.e. Arts, Science or Commerce or post graduation in any discipline with at least 45-50% aggregate marks at the UG and P.G level (45% for SC, ST-50% for OBC and Unreserved Category).
Age Limit:
For admissions in B.Ed. under colleges affiliated with Himachal Pradesh University there is no age bar. However, minimum age should be 19 or more than 19 years.
B.Ed. Admission Process
B.Ed. admissions in colleges affiliated with Himachal Pradesh University are done on the basis of entrance test score and through online counseling process. The entrance test is conducted to test the language proficiency, domain knowledge and reasoning aptitudes of the candidates
