Minerva College of Education has long been committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable educational environment. One of the key initiatives in this mission is the provision of scholarships for students from weaker sections of society.

We offer three sorts of scholarships to students from the SC, ST, and OBC category. The scholarships awarded to them follow NSP guidelines. By targeting those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, the college seeks to create opportunities for talented individuals who possess the potential to excel but lack the necessary resources.

1. The Centrally Sponsored Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for SC Students in Himachal Pradesh intends to raise the gross enrolment ratio of SC students in higher education, with an emphasis on those from the poorest families, through financial help.
2. The Centrally Sponsored Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for ST Students in Himachal Pradesh is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme implemented by Ministry of Tribal Affairs to grant scholarship to eligible ST students for pursuing higher education starting from class XI to Post Graduation courses in India.
3. PM Yasasvi Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for OBC Students in Himachal Pradesh aims to provide financial assistance to the OBC, EBC and DNT students studying at post-matriculation or post-secondary stage to enable them to complete their education.

These scholarships shall be available for studies in India only and will be awarded by the Government of State to which the applicant actually belongs, i.e. permanently settled. These scholarship schemes enable eligible students to undertake quality education from Post Matric to Post Graduate level by providing them financial assistance. It creates an error free platform ensuring that the targeted beneficiaries receive scholarship on time.

Taking all of these aspects into account, the Minerva College of Education assists students from the SC, ST, and OBC communities in obtaining scholarships and utilizing state government resources. Our college offers some fee concession to those who are university toppers.
