Women Empowerment Cell

The cell aims to empower girl students and faculty to enhance their understanding of issues related to women and to make the college campus a safe place for girls and women and to address the practical issues related to the welfare and equal opportunities for women faculty, staff and students. A cell has been made to help sensitize students towards the various problems faced by women and other gender-based issues. MCE empowers women to face the present challenges by providing tools and techniques that helps to eliminate individual stress.

“If you are positive, you’ll see opportunities instead of obstacles.” Women empowerment cell is active in the Minerva College of Education since 2021. The cell was established with the motto of ‘Empowering Women’. This cell has also been named as ‘Shaktivahini’
